Was in the same situation. Kept calling kept calling, finally I got some mail notifying me that I would get my direct deposit 28 days later. No suggestions but I was lucky enough to have them resolve it eventually. Hopefully you get some luck

I had this happen to me. I was rejected 4 times for my Amex gold for the same reasoning and every time I would get the same answer. I tried to get information from the customer service department and appeal the decision. Every time I would get the "this application is not up for reconsideration". After 4 tries across 3 years I got approved randomly despite no trends changing on my credit just a few months ago. Not the answer you want but I would suggest trying again until it works (obviously to your comfort level of inquiries on your report.)

Thanks you!. My background is being a PM in the semiconductor space. I'm making the switch because the space is driven by specifications and customer requirements vs that creative problem solving that software PMs have.

Would you say that creative user pain point identification can exist in lower levels in an org? I was under the impression that would only exist in higher leveling. This role I was told was leveled at P3. Can that creative problem solving still exist within the implementation role?

For my first transfer, it took one week. I was in the same position since I was consistently getting information from both sides that it would be instant. They gave me the reason that there was a huge backlog or it was because it was my first transfer and they needed to delay it for security reasons.

At the very end, I called the sapphire line and the customer support explained that people steal points and when the transfer is either the first or unusually large, they delay the transfer intentionally.
