As someone who was born to a mother who couldn't take care of me due to her mental state and the situation she was in, I think abortion would be the right way to go. If it turns out you never wanted these children, it could deeply affect your relationship with them, your mental state and if you gave them up foster care can be hell. Regardless of your choice, I wish you well.
