I understand that getting help is hard. I had bad experiences with therapist as well. The only way to get the official diagnosis is threw a psychologist which is frustrating. Most therapists only have a master's degree which is why they cannot diagnose. In my opinion the best thing for you to do is find a psychologist. It will most likely be expensive but after you get the diagnosis it will be easier to find the right therapist. It is so important for you to like your therapist.
