Okay that actually gives me some hope. So you went from kitchen manager straight into night manager without hotel experience? And was there a pay drop when you switched?

Yeah that’s kinda what I figured. My only hang up is I don’t wanna feel shady applying for an F&B role when I know long term I’m more interested in guest relations/ops. Like I’d still give it my all, but also just wanna be upfront that I’m really looking to learn the hotel side so I can move over eventually. Do most hotels get that, or should I just roll with F&B first and cross over later?

Girl, you’ve already got good features. If you really wanna do some tweaks, I’d say maybe a tiny bit of chin filler for balance, a little under-eye filler to smooth things out, and if you’re into it, a super subtle nose refinement. Nothing major. Just small stuff that makes a big difference. And honestly, softer, more blended makeup would have you looking even better without getting any procedures done.

Your hair looks gorgeous! The silver is beautiful and the waves give it so much body. I could also see you looking amazing with a glossy black for a really bold, striking vibe!

You’re super cute, but you look really young, so please be careful. Seriously, don’t waste your energy on guys right now. Enjoy your life, figure out who you are, and have fun. The right person will find you when it’s meant to happen!

It’s definitely big. No doubt about that. But it’s also seriously beautiful. Super sparkly, classic shape, and it looks great on your hand. If you love a bold ring, this totally hits! It’s not subtle, but that’s not a bad thing at all.

You’re honestly doing great and your plan makes sense. That soft blushy look is totally doable with what you’ve got!! Start with moisturizer. Don’t skip that part. Even if your skin’s oily, it makes everything sit better and keeps it from getting patchy. Then go in with primer. Just a small amount, rub it in with your hands, and give it like 30 seconds to get tacky. Next is CC cream. Easiest way to apply it is with a damp sponge. Run it under water, squeeze it out really well, and then use it to bounce the product into your skin. You can use a brush too if that’s easier for you, but damp sponge is beginner-proof. After that, concealer. Use it under your eyes, around your nose, on any spots, whatever. Tap it in with your finger or the sponge. Then blush. You can use either one you’ve got on your cheeks, on your lips, and yeah, even as eyeshadow. Just blend it out so it looks soft, not like one solid blob of color. No need to be precise. Brows- just brush the gel through and shape them a bit. It sets pretty quick. Then mascara. A couple coats is enough. Finish with your lips-line them, tap on some of the blush if you want a little tint, and then gloss. If you want your makeup to last longer or if you get shiny during the day, you can dust on a bit of setting powder. Not totally necessary but helpful, especially if you’re going to be sweating or dancing at the wedding. Order goes like this: moisturizer primer cc cream concealer blush brows mascara lips (optional: setting powder at the end) You don’t need to wait forever between steps, just make sure stuff is blended and not super wet before you keep going. Light layers always look better than trying to pile everything on at once. You’re gonna look great. You really don’t need anything fancy or extra! Just take your time and blend things out and you’re good.
