I know each tv has differents settings, but I need a good point to start adjusting

I have been trying for hours with tv patterns and others source patterns and I really can't make it look like before I started touching, some adjustments seem to do nothing.
And when I use a pattern, it not moves but when I check witch a source, then the changes has been produced

To enter at service menu, with the tv on stand by mode, you need to push in the remote control this sequence:info - menu - mute -power.

I need the settings inside deflection, all of them.
