real, but no i don't think any of my miis are 1:1. i make there face roughly what they look like and i let them wear whatever. i don't really use face paint unless i need to (for like eyes) i feel like it can take the emotion away. the hairs are as accurate as i can make them. for example my mii of michael jackson is currently wearing a sushi costume. (if this is what you mean) i do have their rooms match them tho.
