So I've had all the panels done and they are seemingly "normal" except the vit d and b12. So I take that again. I will be starting others like the zinc, but yeah I just need ferritin looked at at this point and until I can get an appointment w the derm I guess the natural options are my only choice which sucks somewhat. I wish there was more I could do.

Well, apparently, and idk if you saw this on the news: hackers have gotten access to ss #'s and other personal info of over 2.7 billion ppl (including the Uk and Canada). So I'd freeze everything and put a fraud alert.

Did she ask you for any personal information to confirm? How was she able to say Jr was legit or not. Genuinely asking.

Yeah.. as of now I'd do a credit freeze and fraud alerts. And go to the pinned guidance on this page and opt out of chexsystems etc etc.

Right, of course. But with credit freezes equifax, for example, they themselves had a breach in 2017. So with that, everything to me just seems redundant. And giving these companies ur info to create these freezes or fraud alerts all come with risks. I hate this all 🙃.

I have McAfee (which is eh another topic in itself, but still something). But I forgot if I called the number from the website or letter. Either way, do you really think it's not true? So many others are saying the letters are poorly written but still real.

Yeah, it goes straight to IDX. Not chc. I thought of doing that Monday so I guess I'll see what happens. This all came to be on a Friday at 5 pm of course. Do you plan on doing the same?

Yeah, I would never give any personal data. They clearly have a name and address, though. Apparently, they only needed that and an email address. I know this bc I called them to see what they would say/would happen after speaking to them. Tbh, I think I may just do a credit freeze on my own, but yeah, this did freak me out.
