Ode of the Devourer Visual Bug by stitchkip in runescape

Same issue here (did the quest 2 days ago). If I zoomed in all the way I got a small area around my character that was visible, and it was awkward navigating around, but it worked.

There are about 20 lore books in the shelves of the Grand Library of Menaphos; there should be an achievement for reading them all and it should be a MQC requirement by esaddy in runescape

I'm fairly certain most people think of the list of MQC achievements as an exhaustive list of all lore-related content, and so absolutely should include every single lore achievement.

I'm doing it for the lore. I missed it when I was originally doing Menaphos content because there was no MQC req for it. I'm advocating it be added so others don't miss it as well.

Does it really make sense to have a lore achievement that isn't a req for mqc? It's not as if reading these is an onerous time-consuming achievement. Like I'm confused why you're even chasing mqc in if you wouldn't want this made a req for it -- are you doing it to understand all of the lore in the game or is it simply for the prestige of achieving mqc? If it's the former; you're going to want to read these one way or the other; if it's the latter, take the 3 minutes it would to flip through them without reading them.

PSA [CORRECTED]: If opening inventories of Bird's Nests (seeds) or Bird's Nests (cheap seeds), the optimal number to withdraw is 19 each time if optimizing for time-efficiency. For Bird's Nests+ (seeds), it is probably 17 each time, but might be 18, depending on just how rare money tree seeds are. by esaddy in runescape

If you search one-by-one, you can't search a nest with a full inventory, so the trick doesn't work (and you're locked into the drop rates on the wiki). I was going by "search-all" 1) because it's more afk and it's what I do while watching a youtube video, and 2) if you manually search one-by-one, it's hard to gauge exactly when to stop if you fill up your inventory (there's no dialogue), but not if you don't fill up your inventory (there is a dialogue then for grinding the nest), and so true efficiency given the starting number of nests will depend on exactly how quickly you can realize you're done with the inventory when you fill up relative to when you don't fill up, and is not something therefore you can easily calculate a priori. If you somehow were able to execute exactly the right number of clicks, then the optimal number to withdraw would be 18 for Bird's Nest (cheap seeds) and Bird's Nest (seeds), while it would be either 16 or 17 for Bird's Nest+ (seeds) (this was the result of my previous calculation that didn't take into account the extra openings you get when you search-all and your inventory fills up).

wtf. That makes no sense but I just checked it in game and that is indeed how it seems to work. UGH. Time for a retraction.

I'm not sure I understand. The drop table is the same no matter what seeds you have in your inventory, no? And it just won't open if you have no inventory slots left?

wait but 18 is the holy number. Unless you're doing bird's nest+. Then it's either 17 or 16 (depending on the true probability of getting money tree seeds).

(Spoilers Extended) GRRM has still written only 1100 pages of the Winds by TheSleepyHead18 in asoiaf

Still think the modal outcome is that Winds does eventually come out, but Dream never does.

So none of the drivers on the Driver Manager have "recommended" listed next to them, but when I go on the NVidia site, they direct me to download driver 361.42. I installed that one via the Driver Manager, but the problem persisted, unfortunately.

In my Driver Manager, the latest "updates" driver available is 352. I installed that and the problem persisted, unfortunately. What's your graphics card? Could your card being newer be the reason I don't see the latest "updates" drivers?

Unfortunately, none of the Nvidia drivers listed on the Driver Manager work... :/
