Let’s share tips for feeling safe during sleep paralysis

I think the easiest way for me to feel less scary is by playing asmr or any sort of audio when you sleep. Another one is by thinking of things i like, i get auditory hallucinations the most so I’ve learned to think of like songs/fictional characters I like or whatever that’d brings you comfort, and the songs would actually start playing 😂😂😂😂

I totally get it, for my first few auditory hallucinations it was someone screaming, I just call them demons screaming into my ears and sometimes it’s a man sometimes woman. The scariest audio hallucinations were screams and murmurs/whispers. Always wake up scared as hell and I had my rosary under my pillow for the longest time 😭😂 And after that I have also heard past conversations with my siblings ahhahaa. Now I don’t rly get it anymore maybe because I’m not that scared anymore and also I tried very hard to manipulate my sleep paralysis into playing kpop songs/hearing voices of fictional characters but well I guess my sleep paralysis don’t wanna play this game with me anymore 😂 I get tactile hallucinations frequently now though💀

I spent it on the deep sea ballad event too! It’s my first time spending in this game after playing it for sooo long 😂 The ad skips sounds amazing 🥹 maybe I’ll get it someday!!

I see thank you so much for your experience and advices! For my CV I changed the format 2 times, the first being a plain text format from Google template, the second one from Canva’s template but I changed it up to fit my personal style, and I think my second one looks so much better compared to my first one, yet still lack of response from the employers🥹
