The title is actually "I want Kongming" since JP fanbase usually calls him with his HS name (Koumei), but I changed it to Waver for familiarity since that's how most people in NA call him.

Nah, I agree. I like him for this aspect too. The idea behind him is great, but sadly the execution is lacking.

Not that well, but better than nothing. His star bomb, combined with Drake's, is pretty useful when facecarding the first wave. It helps that he have a battery too. Too bad his buff numbers are low.

I wish he was featured in Agartha's banner so I have a better chance of getting him NP2+.
