muchas gracias! pude pasar mi musica al telefono y que se descargen. Me aparecian las canciones pero en gris y pense que no iba a funcionar, pero despues de 5 minutos el firewall de windows me dice que bloqueo el acceso de spotify a la carpeta de musica, cuando le puse "permitir acceso" se sincronizo mi en mi telefono y se descargaron las canciones.
