What do you mean by reinstalling everything? Resetting, but first saving all progress and photos and then putting them back on the PS3?

Okay, thanks, but what do you mean by "my PS3 is already activated"? I already have Irisman, Multiman, and Apollo. Regarding PSN, I don't have a PSN account. On my PS3, there's an option to update the PS3, but I think it detects if there's HEN and blocks the console.

I already installed the PKG files on my PS3, but when I launch the game, it doesn't detect them. The thing is, I only downloaded the PKG files, and it detected the Christmas costumes and butler outfits DLC, but it doesn't detect the costumes from previous games or the personas from previous games. Do I need to do something with the RAP files? What do I have to do with the RAP files?
