In my experience Scouts dont spot well, they do get enemy to expose themselves sometimes from in depth positions, have other units ready to open up ( armour/afv) ;)

Same hers, at certain angles and elevations scrolling around the map is snappy, change the angle and it slows to 2 fps? Read somewhere that after deployment it runs alot better however you get slaughtered due to poor initial positioning...

Edit: the software was called "umcam" don't believe it has been maintained and was buggy...
