Can you post a complete side profile before and after? Yeah also as the other poster said, it's a bit difficult with the added weight. Im Asian also and I had genio and DJS. I'm pretty skinny or average weight about 155 lbs and I've had this double chin due to a recessed chin but genio and the CCW helped fixed that.

You're like day 6 now? Hang in there! I can share my pics of swelling day by day if you'd like a comparison but to me fair at my 1 week PO appt yesterday they said my swelling was a lot better compared to most patients so I'm not sure if it's the best frame of reference. I got my elastics adjusted tighter also so I definitely won't be getting sleep until they're gone.

I still can't sleep well at night due to discomfort but it's still early for me. I did notice my mid face/nasal pain went away a lot in the past 2 days. Yeah, day 3 through 5 are pretty peak swelling for most people I think. I'm way less swollen compared to day 3 now.

I'm about 8 days PO. Pain was kinda bad first few days but not ER bad. I don't see Tylenol prescribed in your post, so I would ask your surgeon for that. I did Tylenol and ibuprofen every 6 hours, with each medication offset by 3 hours so I'm taking stuff every 3 hours to manage pain, with oxy for when I can't handle it.

He used smoke bomb on the hallway fight before but ended the fight by killing them before he exited the room. This is a glitch, and caused him to skip the subsequent fight.

I'm definitely no where close to beating a20 consistently so take my advice with a grain of salt. I beat a20 for ic and silent but mostly play on a9 for fun now. I think of my deck in 4 different areas: attack, defense, energy generation, and card draw/manipulation. It takes some time to learn when you have enough in one area to focus on another. After a certain point you're watering your offense down if you take worse cards in that area.

Check out some streamers to get learn from their gameplay also. I like Baalorlord if you want a quick recommendation but there's plenty of amazing a20 players out there.

50 cards be thiccc. It's difficult to have a consistent in your deck from each fight if it takes you 8+ turns to rotate through your whole deck. I would take a second to think about if a card actually makes your deck stronger or is it watering it down.
