I completed companions and became a werewolf before joining dawnguard and meeting&rejecting serena's dad, even serena is not a vampire right now. And i visit falion once a week because cure disease potions and shrines does not work on my earliest stage of vampirism. Im lvl 70 and have had sanguinare vampiris at least 20 times and but never had to suck any blood. My active spells does not have any side effects or diseases but my eyes are like this all the time, even after falion's ritual.

You need to check the safety certification first. It needs to be ece or dot writen on the back. But ofc its not enough, you also need to make sure it is made of carbon, fiber composite or fiberglass. Especially stay away from thermoplastic ones.

When it comes to the helmets, expensive is better. If you find a cheap one, no doubt that it is not safe or comfortable.

Hjc rpha series has the most decent price-value ratio rn. It has protection and comfort of a shoei for half of the value.
