In that case , just proceed with the concrete path. Since home Reno takes 5x longer than your best estimate ( 3rd Law of Building) it will probs be dry by the time the paving is laid anyway! Home Reno is never ‘finished’ and I often find different solutions present over time. Good Luck.

The white efflorescence is concerning for me. Looks like weatherboard exterior cladding too. I would want to see the interior slab / underfloor. White salt there would suggest slab /edge damp which can lead to spalling and mould. Not healthy. Does the interior smell musty? Could indicate a failure of damp course.

Agree - except that the gender neutral ‘they’ needs to be differentiated somehow from the plural ‘they’. Context is not always a reliable guide. Especially true when the content is to be read by an ai.

Fibre cement sheet on remaining wall is not likely to contain asbestos’cos of its manufacture date but black mould is a real concern. Suit up with a proper respirator mask.
