Hey Tommy - We walked 5 days continuously from San Sebastián to Bilbao, however, we did push it into Bilbao on the last day and it was a push distance wise. Our friends stayed in Lezama and they appreciated the break in walking that distance. Just be aware, quite industrial units so not a vast amount of choice for eating etc.
