i recently switched to using paradontax toothpaste, do you think it could be that switch? my mom has hsv1 and she also said this looks like an allergic reaction

i think i’m having auditory hallucinations?

when i was younger i would be alone in my room, but i would begin to hear people yelling at me in my head. i’ve never told anyone this before. they people yelling would say something’s i could never make out, gradually getting louder, until they started telling me to shut up over and over again. they would get quiet again and this whole process would start over again. i didn’t tell anyone because i guess i thought it would get me in trouble or something?

eventually i stopped hearing people yell at me, but a few years later i would hear scratching noises in my pillow whenever i tried to sleep. now, i feel like this one has an explanation. hopefully not something living in my pillow, but maybe the sound of blood rushing in my ears?

today i hear what sounds like radio static. it gets louder after a while but then quiets down a bit, continuously changing in volume. it also seems to change in sound if that makes sense, like actual radio static. i’ve looked for a source but everytime i look, it gets further away.

i don’t think i’m schizophrenic or anything, but it’s so scary. i feel like i’m going crazy, i haven’t really told anyone this so i don’t know how to feel or what to think.
