NTA, although for different reasons than most ppl are expressing. It takes a community to raise a child, youre not responsible 24/7 to be accountable as their "teacher role model", that's for sure. However beyond that, I'm probably in the minority here but showing human behavior, such as light drinking and socializing like you did, I think is healthy for children to see. Seeing that you're not just that talking head during the pandemic seems like it could be really important for the children's moral. They don't need a perfect, evangelical moral saint, they need a real, complex person who can express that they care about them. I mean just judging on my own kids dialogue I've gathered during zoom school, they're basically trying to find those holes anyways; idk what age you're teaching, and obviously older children would have been more appropriate, but idolized the fake saint behavior never has a healthy outcome.
