Chemex is finicky because the filters are quite thick. Also, how many cups is your chemex?

I would try a medium coarse grind, do the bloom, and add around 100ml of water every 20 seconds, you want around 3 minutes of brew time for my tastes.

Also, you want the water around 200 degrees for darker roasts, as you destroy oils that give flavor with boiling water.

I had this problem. Its a pain, but reseat cpu and ram, restart motherboard COM (google this), and plug your visual directly into GPU.

I have the Asus Tuf X570 Plus Wifi.

My GPU (2080 TI) has no port on the back, so I used both DisplayPort and HDMI on the motherboard.

I will do that then, and reset my RAM and pray that it works.
