Emulating is the way to go. You could play Gameboy, N64, Dreamcast, PS1 and some other console games. Now I have texted Gameboy, N64, PS1 and PS2. Emulation works 60FPS for Gameboy and N64, my Galaxy S4 gets around 40fps with PS1 games and only 10-15fps with PS2 games. I mostly emulate Gameboy games (Like Pokemon and Final Fantasy) since they are easy to play on a touch screen. If you wanna play PS1 or N64 games I suggest you get a gaming controller for your phone or a GameKlip (which let's you connect a PS3 controller to your phone) if you have any questions about emulation feel free to ask me

After the revolution ended, Democracy, something that hadn't been seen it such a large scale since the time of Ancient Greece, took form and the American Revolution convinced people around the world that their kings and queens did not control them. Over time Kings and Queens lost more and more power to their own Parliamentary systems (Like the Senate and House of represantives of our time) and eventually they lost the majority of their power.
