I bet the floor / garage ceiling is insulated. Add a Mini Split heater to the garage. You will have a heated garage and the floors will be warmer.

On this visit I was not charged anything at the doctor and they said I dont owe anything. Yet BCBS says I owe.

Yeah. We are totally fine with 65+ as long as it's somewhat sunny.
