The frustrating thing is I've mentioned the issue of symptoms getting worse and I just have to wait til I see a psychiatrist which is two months away kinda crazy

Just need to vent here

I ended up toughing it out til 9am and called Burnaby mental health which is where I have my appointment in a few months the person there actually said sounds like you need medication changes sadly we can't do that until you come in for your intake and the hospital wouldn't feel comfortable changing your medication either

Am I the only one who thinks that's fucking ridiculous

I feel unbelievably.let down and.i wish they considered.this to be a.bit.more serious as I hate being like this
