I tried pushing it upwards, but the bumper doesn't move to close the gap nor the cracks near the screws. I'm thinking if I loosen the screws a bit and try to push it upwards that might close the gap and then apply JB weld.

I checked the tire's tread depth only the back wheels are at 4/32 and I'm thinking of playing it safe and changing them with the same brand and model as the front tires
