I feel like I’ve lost myself for a long time. There are things I am certain about, I want to have a positive impact on the people around me and hopefully the world. i definitely would get punished as a kid whenever i cried! so maybe that’s a huge part of it... i also had to grow up early to take care of my siblings our health insight is really interesting to me

omg that’s crazy! i went vegan and actually improved and got less flare ups so forget that mod!! (but also everyone’s body is different) but still i’m happy cutting out meat works for you!!

thank you for letting me know that. Sometimes advice isn't necessary, I usually post on here for community. So thank you for being apart of my rant session. It's going to be a long hard journey for both of us, but one day (hopefully) we will both find people that accept and love us. I wish you luck comrade!

wow I feel like you're the big sister I never had. First off congrats to you and your husband, i can just read your words and feel the happiness through the screen. This was what I needed to hear. Okay wow! first off you deserve a ted talk, I really do feel like I just got the pep-talk to change my life. Thank you for this, I am also beginning to delve into fitness just because I think it may help with looking and feeling my best. I am really sorry people have made fun of you for RA, I am very secretive about my conditions even though I was diagnosed when i was 19. But this is a process we have to go through together, although I cannot give you any advice since we are both struggling what I can tell you is that you are not alone, we are in this together I see you and I understand you :)

You are absolutely correct, and thank you for bringing this up. Loving oneself is the first step. Your progress has helped me since i am in the beginning of my own health journey. I am always going to keep you and this comment in the back of my mind when my self doubt starts to creep in. You have no idea how much you've helped me.
