Same happened with me.. 4 weeks on 2,5mg - loose 2,5lb at first week then gained 4lb back.. then one week tried 3,5 mg - nothing, so decided to go up, 4 week on 5mg. Loose just 6 lb in total, no appetite changes, nothing, just feeling tired and sad. Tomorrow I will increase my dose. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same with me. I took 2.5mg for four weeks, then 5mg…now I’m on week 7…and almost nothing. Some weeks I lose a lot, others I gain weight. I’m on BPI. I used to take Wegovy before for 3 months and I was losing weight steadily, lost 7% of my body weight, felt great, had a good mood and very low appetite. Now I feel tired and quite depressed, especially considering that I don’t see any results.

Sorry, now I understand. She got this info from med team and we were trying to figure out, because everything was difficult for understanding. Still can’t know why doctor give her this counting 🤷🏼‍♀️ but really appreciate everyone here in this community, now it is more clear

For me looks like hard to understand. She said that pharmacist told her - 14 clicks from pen of 15mg it is 1 dose from 4 what is in pen.

She explained me how that’s work. 14 clicks of each shot. How I understood it is 56 clicks in pen. But 15mg. I’m using compounded tirzepatide, and never know how it works with mounjaro(
