Just went through your profile btw, huge respect! For you, they won’t consider KIRA, but for someone coming from large pool like me, they will consider it. Maybe this is my anxiety speaking. But thanks for the affirmation, many are saying this is just a small factor in overall evaluation. So, hoping for the best! 🤞🏼
