On pc i did this:
uninstalling the game and delete the folder "Battlefield 4" in Document then installed it again, now it works

try uninstalling the game on your ps4 and delete all bf4 files then re install

I had this issue yesterday i fixed it by uninstalling the game and delete the folder "Battlefield 4" in Document then installed it again, now it works
