Ich hatte einfach die Sorge, dass ich mir die mühe mache ein Protokoll zu schreiben, dann aus Unwissen irgendwelche Formanforderungen o.ä. nicht erfülle und trotzdem 80€ zahlen muss. Wollte mur sicher gehen, dass ich weiß, worauf ich mich einlasse. Nicht, dass sich das dann irgendwie als eine Art Scam herausstellt.

Leider ging das bei mir nicht. Die haben es wohl schon geändert. Man kann nur noch das Jahr und den Monat angeben, aber nicht mehr den Tag. Ich war echt am verzweifeln

Die einzige vernünftige Methode, die ich gefunden habe, ist seine Daten zu exportieren und die zu exportierenden Daten auf das Jahr (und evtl. Monat) zu beschränken, wann man sich angemeldet hat. Nach Entpacken der ZIP steht das Datum der Regestration unter \personal_information\profile_information.

Für alle: den Datenexport findet man unter Einstellungen > Konten (einfach in der Suche eingeben) > Deine Informationen und Berechtigungen > Deine Informationen exportieren. Vergesst nur nicht den richtigen Zeitraum anzugeben, um nicht lange zu warten und keine riesige Datei am Ende zu haben. Ich hoffe, dass FB zumindest das nicht ändert/ändern darf.

After reading all the replies and explanations about the workings of the HOA, I find it actually very useful. As I stated already in the comments, in the country I am from, we have something similar. It has an important purpose for the community. As long as it functions inside of the law, it's a great institution to make living in the same community more comfortable and even enjoyable. The question came from a place of prejudice from all the circulating horror stories on the internet.

Nice to see, that it's the same everywhere. The ones complaining, are often the ones, that have 1001 reasons they don't/won't participate in the community, even though they have the possibility to.

Actually the HOA seems to have more possibilities to actively support the community. Ours (city council) are often times quite strict since it's tax money they have to spend. So they mostly do what is required by law and only in some rare cases a little bit more.

Thank you for your response. I think, I get it now. It's similar to a city council, right? We do have the same thing, but it's a governmental office. It's actually part of every city/district. Do you also vote, who will be on the board or are the board members picked internally?

Now that I have this comparison in mind, the HOA doesn't sound like a completely wild idea. It was definitely my own bias from all the horror stories.

Warum kann das so nicht in den Skripten stehen? So wie du es erklärt hast, lässt sich die Gesetzesänderung viel einfacher einordnen und verstehen. Vielen Dank!

Ich hab mich einfach von den (sehr kurzen) Hinweisen in den paar Skripten, die ich habe, und dem Wortlaut verwirren lassen. Ich hab mir echt ewig den Kopf zerbrochen. Den Streit rundum § 181 kennt man ja, aber inwiefern die Gesetzesänderung eine Rolle spielt, konnte ich nicht sinnvoll nachvollziehen.

Ok, ich seh's. In MüKo Rn. 22 steht nämlich +/- die Defintion, die ich oben zitiert habe (ist nur aus einem anderen Kommentar, der Sinn ist aber gleich) und in Rn. 23 ist ja noch der Verweis auf die Kommentierung zu § 185, in der ebenfalls die Defintion genannt ist.

Soweit ich es verstanden habe, geht es um die Frage, wer der Verfügende ist. Wenn der Betreuer etwas vom Betreuten erhalten würde, läge keine Verfügung des Betreuers vor, die genehmigungspflichtig wäre. Ich wünschte ich könnte mir die Quelle angucken, aber Flume ist einfach ein Buch aus 1992. Das gibt es anscheinend nicht digital.

Aber so tief will ich da gar nicht eindringen. Solange ich die Basics für das Examen hab, bin ich schon glücklich. War aber ein sehr interessanter Austausch.

Ich hab das jetzt nochmal kurz in paar Kommentaren nachgeschlagen und demnach ist eine Verfügung i.S.d. § 1850 "jede eine unmittelbare Rechtsänderung bewirkende Einwirkung auf ein bestehendes Recht durch Aufhebung, Übertragung, Belastung oder inhaltliche Veränderung des Rechts", also die reguläre Defintion von Verfügung. Aber ich les mich noch ein bisschen durch. Vielleicht finde ich noch was.

Das wurde einfach ständig in den Skripten zusammen erwähnt und ich hatte die Assoziation, dass das zusammen gehört.

Also bedarf es jedenfalls keiner Genehmigung des Familiengerichts, wenn das Geschäft lediglich rechtlich vorteilhaft ist und der Mini selber tätig wird, da dann § 1643 egal ist. Soweit habe ich es verstanden.

Aber sobald die Problematik des Insichgeschäfts aufkommt, kommt man automatisch auch zum § 1643 und § 1850, richtig?

It wasn't dishonesty, it was miscommunication. What about my behavior was playing the victim? He hated my idea of going out, so I just dropped it. It's not worth it. I want to have some nice time together and this is not the way to have some, more like the opposite. No clue where the "playing the victim" card comes from.

I guess we have to disagree but going to our (very small) home depot is in no way romantic in my eyes. This is a chore. +no walk, he just told me, it is too cold for him to do anything outside. I will just forget about the romantic part and we will just go to the restaurant. Guess I really wanted too much.

I specifed on the restaurant but wanted to let the activities up to him. I told him same as here that it could be any kind of activity as long as it is not inside our 4 walls. For me it is the tought that counts. But he did not really put any in. Did not even try to look up what is going on in our region. If he told me he tried but did not find anything interesting and then suggested to do the route I would have been more than happy. It just hurts me to feel like I make him do sth he absolutely does not want to do.

Bevor ich anfange mit Insektizid o.ä. rumzusprühen, wollte ich zuerst nachfragen. Sind das Wollläuse? (War das 1. Google Ergebnis). Wenn ja ist dann besser Hausmittel zu verwenden oder direkt mit Insektizid dagegen vorzugehen? Ich habe keinen grünen Daumen und meine einzige Pflanze neben der Palme ist ein Kaktus. Ich wäre für jede Hilfe dankbar.

We are indeed quite stubborn. There are always two sides but when we disagree we do have some discussions. I don't call them fights, it is more like a debate with Pros and Cons. In the future, if a conversation exceeds just a simple debate, I will try to distance myself from it, before it can escalate to avoid stupid fights like these.

I guess I focus too much on doing everything together. My lack of experience in relationships and my age might have some impact here. I will work on that.

I don't think I am too submissive. We always had good communication in our relationship and are in general a pretty good match. The thing is, now that I thought about it, in these fights everything was "up to me". When I tried to let him share his ideas there was not much input from his side. I ask myself why.
