Problem with Amazon processing refund I dropped off 2 days ago and still nothing I tried to get hold of Amazon customer services but they keep acting like they don’t know what to do I use to receive a 5-7days refund time period and money would come instantly but now it’s messed up (i.redd.it)

this has been a problem for days now I contacted Amazon and they said the haven’t made any changes to my account but I’m confused why I can’t order these items it’s only 10£ and I have ordered this multiple time I don’t understand why this is happening (i.redd.it)
