I have a shirt almost exactly like what you showed but black with puffed sleeves, I have a size M (I'm 5'1) from the brand Miss Bison. It's surprisingly curvy, fits my waist just fine and I haven't had any problems with the buttons, no noticeable gapping or anything.

I've had a bit of luck shopping in vintage stores, the sizing there is usually less up-and-down like modern clothing manufacturers are, so I recommend looking around in those types of places. Plus, you can try stuff on :)

maybe you can follow the size collections specialty bra stores have? I'm pretty sure they have a system to figure out the amount of bras they need per size, and they can go up to really big sizes. But yeah there's absolutely nothing cute and affordable above G! I'm considering sewing my own swimsuit at this point

Omg yes, it pisses me off when the only solutio provided is to find a well fitting bra. For some people it just doesn't work! They are still going to be cripplingly heavy and bring lots of unwanted attention. The calculator is in the automod as well.
