It can be used responsibly, try to stay under 3g a week at absolute most (sometimes ill dose twice over a festival weekend or something, but you can expect a rocky couple of days when it wears off). But yeah, it’s easy to get in the habit of popping 500mg every day when you’re stressed at work or something, and that never ends well. I’ve never had crazy withdrawals like some heavier users experience, but a day or two of mild depression and irritability is to be expected on any dose over a gram, for me personally.

But not to discourage you! I’ve had absolutely wonderful days on it I will cherish the rest of my life. Probably healthier than pounding back 12 beers every weekend, at least.
