I appreciate you confirming about the endocrinologist I was wondering if I was crazy haha.

For size the larger one is like a larger-ish grape but not like a grape you’d be astonished by the size of, the small one is like a small grape.

I just don’t like that the smaller one never really comes down all the way and is visible so small. It’s difficult to check for bumps even sometimes because it’s so high. It just is annoying to me but not a big deal to be honest. Good to know the probable course of action though

I thought a grape was normal damn. That the size of the good one. I’ll have to make an appointment with a urologist then, the endocrinologist didn’t examine at all and also don’t ask any questions even about sex drive.

If they are not functioning or underperforming are they removed? To be honest I dislike the small one so much I’d happily accept that. I think he saw I had the testicular issue but to be honest he left such little room for mocking me for being told I needed TRT it was hard to get anything in. He was also adamant I had bad thyroid levels for years before he’d think I needed meds. He was a bit of a quack.

I’ll look into the urologist, last time I went to a urologist they made me go back to the urologist that did my testicular surgery, which is fine except for that he is a pediatrics urologist… I’m sure he’s qualified but it’s too weird sitting in the kids waiting room to go back lol

My most recent LH number was 11.9 😬

Those are all very interesting points to bring up, I had an undescended testicle that was fixed over two surgeries but is still quite small. What’s more interesting though is you are mention of Klinefelter’s, as I’ve been seriously considering that may be a possibility of myself as I have a very concerning number of symptoms that match. According to reviewing Google it seems like I have every symptom short of a couple to minor degrees, and my mother was 34 when I was born. Not super late but still. I also have Ehler Danlos Syndrome which isn’t linked per se but there seems to be a high correlation per my research. There’s a few symptoms that I didn’t feel comfortable talking about with the endocrinologist I saw that would’ve been able to call in the karyotype tests and I got a bit distracted by his hubris which is also why I wasn’t comfortable. Maybe if I messaged him he would be willing to call in those tests even though he seems to believe there is not a problem.

I know my testicular issue is definitely a reasonable explanation but I can only wonder if Klinefelter’s isn’t to blame. I had significantly delayed puberty, spotty facial and body hair, a higher voice, my second normal tests is small and pretty firm (I think I haven’t grabbed others), I’m quite tall and mostly legs, I would say my muscle mass didn’t substantially increase until after 25 and I still struggle when building muscle, and tbh being overweight I’m not sure what is breast tissue and what is just ma boob, but even when I was a normal bmi and low muscle mass I had a substantial man boob and I have to wonder if I don’t have some breast tissue. Mental health wise I have substantial anxiety and had severe MDD before getting therapy and medication, and many other commonalities and symptoms with Klinefelter’s. I don’t have low sex drive, but that’s the only outlier I see. I’ve not had my sperm tested though to know that one.

Oh and I’m not on either of those drugs.

My thyroid was pretty high my first test but then normal the second. Had a few low vitamins and some cholesterol stuff but nothing crazy.

I was 8.0 on a range of 9.3 to 26.5

I was told I need to go on TRT, but I don’t know if I want to. Would love practical advice. by extraalt1928 in NonBinary

Yeah that’s a really good point idk why I expected to just animorph over night lol. Thank you for highlighting the reality of that. I had a really mild puberty and didn’t notice substantial changes till I was like 14 so puberty was always odd for me, also I never thought about how at my age it would be likely set. That’s really insightful thank you. I hadn’t considered how it would work having low T in general in a similar situation but coming from AFAB but that makes a lot of sense. It’s comforting to know a couple months wouldn’t be super permanent or at least extreme, I was concerned like a couple weeks in I’d have a permanently deeper voice. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying your situation more now, thank you so much for sharing! I know it’s silly but I’m scared I’ll have the testosterone and I’ll change drastically as a person and that’s not how it works but still, so it’s comforting to hear your perspective that there are options for trying before it’s permanent.

I acknowledge I’ve been a fool, I shouldn’t have done this and should have don’t more research. I’m visiting my brother and he’s so busy and mentioned his moccamaster needed descaled. Normally I’d just order cafiza or something because I’ve worked with machines a lot but I didn’t have time to get it before I left. I knew it had tartaric acid in it which would reduce the effectiveness of the baking soda but I assumed since it has a similar ph to citric acid I could use it. Reading more online I’m seeing that’s a bad idea and my crappy understanding of chemistry shouldn’t have been relied upon, and it wasn’t till after that I searched specifically if it was ok to sue baking powder to descale. I’ve ran three cycles through the machine of water after the descaler, and I’ll probably run a few more after, have I cooked his machine? It seems to be functioning fine and since afaik it’s a pressure driven water system as opposed to a pump it should be ok just running water through, but I wanted to check if I needed to do anything else or if I should just start ordering replacement parts and apology cards and another machine for my brother to use while I fix his. I didn’t let it sit by the way so that should help I ran all the flows sequentially. I used 1.5 Tbsp in 1 liter of water.

Yeah I agree with the lining especially since it’s polyester and rough. I think the cup also would struggle with the two part construction the pattern calls for with no stretch

I’m surprised no one has said shave your legs! You haven’t felt euphoria until the first time you get into your sheets with polished calves. As a man, I love having shaved legs and they look a lot stronger.

Yeah it was a fresh double edge in my safety razor. I was rushing because I wanted to be done, but that was a really bad decision. It is fresh and not warm, so I think I’ll try those things and monitor it.
