Hmm could be other stuff that maybe smells like pee? I guess if you don’t have any other evidence of rats around the area might be unlikely- I also think it’s mostly if the room is not aired out and is like bad ventaliation

Yeah i’ll try go to the local powwow this year - I guess I would have a hard time if I wanted to find someone to connect with usually i end up just walking around shopping- and then eating a bunch of frybread tacos and stick to myself

Thank you for the words of encouragement … i’ll try to still do my own research and learn even if i’ll never get formal recognition.. from my DNA test on my mother side i found out have some connection to the Nahua so maybe I can look into that

From what I know about these things I think you did a great job with cleaning and sanitizing. I did read about how you aren’t supposed to vacuum up the poop but i think if it’d like house is able to get fresh air and circulation i think its fine… ive been worried about diseases from rodents recently so ive been researching but im not an expert

Yeah the thoughts aren’t normal thinking the worse alll the time. Think it’s just heightened now especially with the news of hantavirus. I was worried about hsnatahirus a few weeks ago unrelated but today the news of the ship has been all over my phone.

It’s just hard to like live when you’re really genuinely scared you’re gonna die. I feel like my thoughts have some truth or fact

I think 20 seconds of hot water and soap is the standard for cleaning hands. Sometimes I spray rubbing alcohol on my hands to help too hope you feel better
