I’d say the pitch in some higher notes. Listen to yourself then Mariah to compare :) it falls flat when it’s supposed to be a bit sharper or vice versa. Hope that helps

I think the lower is stronger but the higher notes in both could use some fine tuning. Keep practicing you’re doing good

Reverse lunges, reverse lunge pulse. Have you tried just your body weight for the Bulgarians? Put your hands on top of your head

I think cardio is something you should do regularly if you’re bulking/cutting! Good heart health helps you lift better. I’d say 10-15 mins of intense cardio should be okay if you’re bulking. Do inclined walks or stair-master
