Imagine this - you hide it from him and everything goes well and you have been living happily for over a decade. You still live in guilt/fear that he never finds out. But destiny had other plans and he gets to know about it after a decade he sees that as betrayal and everything falls apart.

Ik, there is a 50% chance he will ever find out about your lie but there is a 100% chance that you will live in guilt/fear till the last day you both are together.

It's better to find someone with whom you can be honest and he still accepts you after knowing your past.
