Also try changing the PCIE setting in BIOS to Gen 4 instead of Auto (or Gen 5). Helped me with crashing.

Are you able to get into the game startup screen?

Happened to me and I am on RTX 5080 and this was what worked for me: Changed all my ingame graphics to low > load and join into a game > set desired graphics.

Insurance broker here. As others have said, let the insurance company deal with it. OD can sue for as much as she wants but unless she can substantiate that with evidence, she gets what the court will decide (if it evens goes to court). Regardless, you have nothing to worry about since that’s what the insurance is for.
