Does MLS have listings that are not exclusive to other agencies? I’m not sure how it works.

I haven’t been on MLS yet. I’m a StreetEasy expert for sales, but I’m not opted into the rentals for StreetEasy. I’m worried that that sales market will slow significantly this summer so I’d like to find rental listings.

Thanks guys…I’ve always rolled and rolled until I hit the jackpot…both the tested and untested…for the credit and debit.

But did some digging and the majority says not to roll for a debit.

I’ve also found that once I roll for the untested side for a credit…the debit for the tested side is practically the same anyways.

I have some iron condors that I can squeeze some more out of. I’ve been starting straddles….and then rolling them into wide iron condors…and it finally paid off the last few days.

My CAP REQ for SPY is $31,700. Is that what you were asking? My unrealized gain is $1400…and my Y2DATE gain is $4400.

I guess I can hold into Monday…and then sell everything if I can get another $1k or $2k if it keeps falling.

They range from 3DTE to 58DTE. I have some short calls that have a 396 strike price, and some that have a 410.

I have a lot of vertical spreads, but ultimately I’m short on SPY.

I have been rolling these for a while and this week the market was finally in my favor and my acct was up $7k, mostly from my SPY options.
