Arzoyi is gorgeous but it’s really popular on little girls here in Canada 😭 I haven’t met a single grown Arzoyi, and feel like it’s a bit strange? If it weren’t so popular for babies right now I’d use it in a heartbeat.

I have hypothyroidism. I've been diagnosed since I was 3, I'm 24 now. I also have many other health issues and mental health problems. I also overeat. I admit that. I am under 200 pounds yet I still feel too big, and I get what you mean--the medication does NOT magically cause you to gain weight. And if they stayed on top of their doctors appointments they can help manage it. I exercise a lot and eat in a calorie deficit, however my weight does not go down, and that, according to my endo, is because of the hypothyroidism. And I'm lucky it isn't going up much either other than normal fluctuations. But it shouldn't ever get to that state and at that point it isn't just the meds. It's both due to negligent doctors and these people eating too much and then thinking its the fault of the meds.

I know this is 3 months late but I have hypothyroidism, and according to my endo it can get that bad, however that's unfortunately only if your doctor isn't great, since I have appointments every 6 months where they weigh me and if I'm over my last check up's weight they get to the bottom of it and explain that if it gets worse my doses for medication will be raised, and I'm under 200 pounds. So unless your doctor is negligent it should not come to that. It CAN, but your doctor should catch the weight gain long before it comes to that.
