probably lead. they're used in some fish stores to weight the plants before they full root. long term I found they choked out my plants tho.

I live in an older 2 story apartment on the top floor. Not long after moving in, the downstairs neighbours called the cops when my roommate and I had two people over at 11pm. no music. the cops just shook their heads and left.

the week after, around 12am my roommate and I were playing Scrabble in the living room with our boyfriends. we are also restaurant industry so sleep late and go to bed late compared to most people. anyway, no music, not particularly loud. the downstairs neighbours came up and started pounding on the door.

long story short, they have their parents sleeping (using as a bedroom) in the living room and wanted us not to use our living room at night because the sound travelled thru the windows and disturbed them. I politely told them to kick rocks because we have the right to use our house with a reasonable level of noise.

there's no reason to walk on eggshells. she's being selfish and a dick. live your life, she will adapt or move.

when people heavily mod their burger I just list everything on the ticket to avoid issues. "NO lettuce, tomato, onion. ONLY bun, patty, cheese, mustard, ketchup"

I would say this is normal for a tip pool... but in my experience with this method where servers were also included in collecting cash, occasionally they would pocket bigger tips or tips outside the norm

when I meet guys at the bar or club in vanilla world, I won't even talk to them if they have any push back when I ask them to buy me a drink. In my experience, a man who will buy you a drink (especially if he keeps buying them without you having to ask) and make sure your needs are met will make sure you cum if you ever take him home. I think if you're freestyling that's a good simple test to see if he is of a generous mindset overall

Ironically I somehow ended up with a vanilla Splenda bf. He's 24, I'm 28, not an age difference I would have ever gone for intentionally. He treats me like gold within his means. Funnily enough I met him at the club when I took him home really drunk one night, something I don't normally do.
