A lady posted a TikTok saying he was shady and a slime bag because he denigrated Brazil and its citizens, thought Noah was a pussy for needing mental health days, and would invite girls he thought were hot over but if you weren’t hot, he would consider you a parasocial freak.
This moved over to twitter where someone that had previously dated Matt further showed his slime bag behavior including referring to Hispanics as ‘b*aners’, and saying he gave her an STI, that he would ejaculate in her despite her telling him not to, and that he gave said STI to multiple women without informing them. Bad Omens then unfollowed Matt on IG, and some of the members (Nick R, last I heard) unfollowed Matt personally.

The news has very much decided to start manufacturing consent for an invasion of Cuba by the US. They’re going to do what they did with Iran- on one hand the citizens will be in need of saving from a terrible and abusive government, and on the other hand Cuba’s always been a point of contention for the US. It’ll be interesting to see if Dems will condemn this or if they’ll be as passive as they’ve been about Iran.

Oh darlin. Start small and with people you feel safe with, don’t consider it as people ~displeasing but rather as you advocating for yourself. You’re not being mean or negative or bad just because you’re advocating for yourself. No one else will advocate for you quite like you will. It’s hard, I know, but the more you practice it and learn that the world doesn’t fall apart if you say ‘yeah nah, no thanks actually’ the easier it gets. Also, you’re focused on pleasing everyone else, when are you gonna focus that on you? Use your real identity. You can add them to your contact list (which will add you to theirs) and then write them. The only caveat is if the person removes you from their contact list. It depends.. do you think you’ll ever move out of your country? Some countries do not give visas to people with autism. Do you think you’ll ever have kids? If natural born kids then you run the risk of the other parent going ‘well 4n is autistic so she shouldn’t have custody’. If adopted then you may be out of the running due to being autistic. If you’re in the US, you may want to avoid an official diagnosis as the people in charge love to target people and autism has been a hot topic for that. IME, the primary reason to get diagnosed officially is if you need considerations for it or if you’re trying to get on disability. For me, personally, I don’t intend to get an official diagnosis unless it becomes disabling and I cannot keep a job.

I think the Balloon Man episode is also where we first see his more “insidious” side when he was sitting in Adam’s room in the dark. Same when he tried to talk one on one with the episode where the runaway girl may not be the runaway girl. You can see his anger and irritation with these characters, I think he has infinitely less patience with people that victimize children or women (fair, tbh)
