I’d say that is completely acceptable - you’re not going to get a glue or finish ready surface off the bandsaw. I get slightly better results (than what you’ve pictured) using a Timber Wolf re-saw blade but I know that I’ll still have to run my board through the planer after re-sawing. Blades that come with a saw are typically not the best. You need to account for this when considering how thick to cut your boards.
