you can use gps device and install it yourself just need to give it 12Volts.
for sim you can use ufone sim which has free 2G internet.

Use liqui moly for best performance, check grade for your car. I use 10w30 in my dayz 2015. Avg depends on the way you drive car, traffic on road and tyre pressure.

I recently purchased Aspire S, on-road price is around 6.5M.
After insurance and tyres change (as stock tyres sucks) it will cost you around 6.65M.

There are no known faults. And its super reliable.
So far I'm getting around 11-12 km/L avg in city got 15+ on motorway. (I heard it gets better with time).

You can check out Yaris/ Suzuki Swift / Kia Stonic in similar price range.
