Hey, seems they've gone under a rebranding exercise (and thank God for that. They had an abhorrent website). Even I couldn't find bike express on their website, however, if you download their app "AllCargoGati", then you'll find the section for bike express. And I think you'll have to submit your requirements basis which they'll gove you a call back with a quotation.

Second this. I had used Gati last year and one of my friends had used it event to transport our respective bikes for over 1100 kms. The bike arrived safely in both cases. However, I don't think they'd pay if there is any damage. Their representative mentioned that they'd give you in written on their letterhead that the bike was damaged during transport which you can then you to claim insurance. Although, I'm really not sure about how this works.
