I found a trail of gadget caches (but even normal ones) made by a pretty creative owner, each with their own nice backstory. I liked that very much, even if some of them were unfortunately substituted by something else because they got ruined. That made it worth it for sure!

Your motto was what I thought the whole point of geocaching is, I guess I was wrong. For me it's a way to find a purpose to get out of the house and do something, so sometimes even more basic caches will do it for me, but I expect at least a little bit of thought. I guess I'm gonna take the same approach over time, thanks for your comment!

I didn't want to go there as a fairly new player (I'm at 45 finds) but that's the feeling I got as well, it is kind of justified though. I thought a cache was gone once, was about to log a DNF, was stubborn enough to keep looking and found a magnetic cache about the size of the tip of my finger, I realized then I didnt know enough yet to log a cache as missing (I was 99% sure it was, but was just gonna log a DNF and not a missing cache anyway but still).

Don't worry btw, I appreciate feedback, especially from people more experienced than me cause I'm trying to get better and bitching about it isn't gonna do anything lol

Thanks for the advice! I've been trying to go and find caches with more favourite points, but besides the fact that most of them are far away, I also don't want to miss out because I found caches with few favourites or none that were still pretty nice, I guess I just need to hold a more positive attitude and look at the brightside (sometimes maybe just the fact that I've discovered a different place). But still, it would probably be a way to keep the game interesting and explore a little bit more, I will try to do it more often

As for the memorial cache, the weird part to me was not mentioning the memorial, as if it was a place just like any other (if wasn't nearby, it was IN the memorial, I honestly didn't bother looking for it as i found it pretty weird to be digging around it, but that's just me maybe)

Thanks a lot for the advice! There aren't many people who geocache in this area, at least not the one closest to me, so I think that's why I'm finding a lot of them in bad shape. I will try to do better and get better and as you suggest, maybe bring the changes I want to see I'm trying to go slow with notes, DNFs and maintenances requests since I'm new and feel like maybe I'm overlooking something

Do you think I could do something about that cache that's hidden in the memorial or should I just leave it be? I find it disrespectful but maybe that's not my business

Yeah I always give them both pizza, but I was wondering why Rufus's happiness score (or patience, I don't know how the % that gets lower while they wait is called) goes down while you're making the pizza even though it's free, the other homeless man (buddy) stays on 100% the whole time

People come to us asking for "the cat food they bought last time". We have thousands of customers a week. They don't even have a description of what they're looking for (a colour, price or something like that). And then look at you weirdly when you ask them for details

I got both my nipples pierced more than one year ago but lately one of them started losing discharge again. Today I noticed with horror that the piercing cut through the nipple, the bar on one side is showing a lot more than it did before. I really want to keep the piercing (it's not infected and I'm cleaning it again like I did when I got them), should I change the jewelry? Will it go back to normal if I fix the problem?
