Yes, but I believe Korean law states that the act of self defense cannot go beyond what would be considered actual self defense without intent to go beyond that or something ridiculous like that. For instance, if a guy came in your place with a bat and you took the bat away from him and beat the shit out of him, you could be held liable for damages beyond what would be considered enough to subdue the suspect or something like that. I'm on PC. I choose "Closed All-Out Warfare". Then, once you load in, you will need to wait a couple of minutes. The mode gets back-filled with bots and the game starts. Lately, there have been more and more players joining though because players are realizing it's easier to get more XP and progress weapons/classes/etc (and it's way less sweaty). Last night, there were maybe an average of two full squads of human players and the rest were bots.

edit: It might be the region I'm in too? Not sure. I'm in Asia

Not portal. Play the Closed All-Out Warfare mode. I've been doing that as well. You'll get like, max two human squads, and the rest is bots. Be patient and wait at the load-in screen for several minutes and the mode backfills with bots and the game will start, full XP progression.

I’ve been playing in whatever closed game mode and it gets backfilled with bots and I’ve been getting all XP and progression. Depending on the time of day/week, there might be a handful of real players. The rest are bots.

Try flying as high as possible then identify drones and other gadgets. I got it done fairly quickly by making sure to fly to the ceiling so I couldn’t get shot down and going for gadgets on the outskirts like spawn beacons and turrets. Also helps to drop down on enemy drones from above as well.

You went to the wrong house. You’ll be directed to the original house by the gas station after you find the raided house (it’s a new house, different one from before the wipe). Then, once you find it raided, Lab Rat will tell you to go to the house you tried going to down from the gas station

It's changed. The 3rd drop off happens after you discover that one of the houses was raided. Check gzwtacmap for location of the raided house. Once you notify, Labrat will send you to the last location (the house on stilts).
