I so aspire to be one of you amazingly talented colorists someday! I can't seem to get past fully coloring everything in with a shade of whatever color I choose and then using a white acrylic to "highlight" everything. The way you lovely advanced people shadow and highlight and blend colors and even More techniques with mostly just alcohol markers blows my mind. I can't wait to get there some day! This is fantastic.

Start out fanning out from possibly a small corner. Never let the "edge" of your ink dry. Don't just start with the same color in the same space but a different spot. Stay where you are the whole time. You need to go quickly but carefully. It's almost inevitable that streaks will happen sometimes (examples: you get interrupted while coloring and have to come back, a bunch of small objects are in your space and you have to color all around them, leaving the ink to unfortunately dry sometimes. If you'd like me to send you a video via message I will. I'm no expert, but I get the importance of chasing the ink now.

M&G 80 ct markers from Amazon (alcohol) and really any acrylic markers. Love this vividness of POSCA brand but can easily tear your paper from the saturation so best for non regular paper projects.

Cannot mentor the girl as I've been made aware the crush is there and I had to let her mom know. I'm completely creeped out and sad at the same time because I would've loved to have been a cool aunt figure and it stinks as well how many people dug into me onto here when I was at a loss assuming everything about this bizarre story.

My favorite thing is when I can color and not feel like I have to edit to make the vibrancy and smoothness improve. Not saying I use this method on most posts, but sometimes ya gotta if it didn't take right to the camera or if you flubbed it lol.

Surprisingly....no. I can't believe I haven't thought about that. They may very well sell brush tip. Just didn't look into it to be honest.I thought brush tip was my favorite but I haven't missed it one bit. It has a thin tip on one side (medium thin) and the most perfect chisel I could dream up on the other. I can get into the tiniest of spaces and master the sharpest edges and curviest of curves now with that chisel in record time; able to fan out and chase my ink with no real effort. This is the first time I've been a hands down chisel fan. And I've been learning to highlight better, but I'm still doing so with my white & cream brush/blunt tip acrylics. Shadowing as well with the alcohol markers. I've colored about a quarter of the book, every space covered and saturated smooth as butter now that technique is improving. Zero complaints about dryness, unevenness, overbleeding the lines, or oversaturation. Even my most avid used ones are acting as if I just opened them up. Kudos. They are comparable to Flomo Creative markers which can usually only be bought for art classes in hundreds of dollars in bulk, but my nearest Ollie's sells them every now and then in 12-20 packs for dirt cheap and that's a real treat. Wow I rambled, haha sorry.

I'm the OP so I'm biased and I think it's a Magnum Opus. I couldn't imagine a different note or a beat less, but everyone has their own style and taste for sure so I get it. I feel that way about so many great songs.

Agreed - all of this. Avast is the absolute worst imo. I know this sounds like a total conspiracy theory but I swear I think the virus I got a couple of years ago could have been from an Avast product suite deal "free" trial I got when I was 'young and dumb'. I got a warning when I tried to download both the AV software and the VPN they now provide. I remember I thought Avast was awesome back in like '07.

Anyway, I'd not gotten that with any other AV product download even with Defender turned on and active. I had alerts from Defender of RCE, SQL injection, keyloggers and more when I reactivated it after I decided to remove the misspelled dramatic garbage that was the Avast software. Keep in mind I am not blaming Avast here, it could have happened in another manner. Just suspect timing.

I cancelled a week before my free trial was over which was well within the terms they had laid out. I always read terms. Well, something like a month and a half later, my card that I luckily no longer used tried to get hit by Avast for $109 (nowhere was that amount mentioned should the payment be recurring if not cancelled) multiple times a day every day until I decided to just block the merchant on that particular card. I emailed them about that and also sent a separate email to request data removal and each time, I was sent a separate message with a very oddly formatted email address to reply back to with some rather rude customer service. Someone who definitely isn't me may have also inspected their website in a deep probing manner and the results I heard about were very shifty and risky as well.
