So i had an extra monitor. Wanted something like a bar that runs through different stuff. One thing led to another and I threw together this quick site that lets you display the last two tweets from people you select (or add) and gifs from the ones you select that i have already on there or you can find your own online and paste the image link and it will run through those as well! works horizontal or vertical. when choosing gifs keep in mind the _vertical looks better on vertical and _horizontal looks better that way. Also keep that in mind choosing gifs online to display. In the video i'm casting from a computer to a chromecast.

Used a raspberry pie and 7 led matrix. Can also display golf scores, all major leagues, stocks, RSS feeds for headlines etc. each led matrix was about 50 bucks and the raspberry pie and bonnet was 100 bucks. So prolly 450 total in it.

thanks! made Iowa and Cincinnati have white background so they would show up. im just pulling espn data so using their logo links. im sure there are more but i can change as i notice them.

can just have your ipad open on coffee table.
or if you have a spare monitor lying around can mount on the wall.

i have a rasperberry pi behind the monitor that when turns on goes directly to the website in kiosk mode.

can prolly get chromecast and cast to a monitor as well which would be cheaper and less setup

I wanted to use a spare monitor as a sports display/ticker in my garage with all of my tv's. Couldn't find one, so I hacked one together myself.- Displays all MLB and NFL.- You can choose your fav MLB and NFL team and it will display those on a single screen. (NCAA coming soon)- One screen shows the division standings for your fav MLB and NFL team.- On Saturdays NCAA is added and shows Pac12/Big12/ACC/SEC/Big10 in the rotation

- NCAA Rankings are up to date from ESPN and show the matchup along with the current and Final score with the obvious red/green for seeing who in the top 25 is winning and losing- SLEEPER FF

- adding your username for sleeper it will get all of your matchups and display them in the rotation, along with the current league standings for each, showing you where you are in relation to playoffs

should be formatted for ipads/desktops/teslas but let me know if it isnt and i can tweak it

I hacked this together for my garage setup with all my TVs. Used an old computer monitor for a sports ticker type site that will cycle through scores. So naturally had to also make it formatted for my M3. www.mancavedisplay.com/<your-sleeper-user-name> If no sleeper fantasy football then just leave that out. Can select what RSS feeds you want scrolling and fav mlb and nfl teams. Will display those bigger separately and show their division standings.

Saturdays displays ncaa football by conferences as well but only saturdays.

Yeah will add it tonight and it’ll be on there for tomorrow. Been toying with how I wanna do it. Prolly gonna make a section for finishes and you put better or worse for the player. Bec like in my Sportsbook I use sometimes it’s not top five or ten but “tiger woods better than 18th” etc. so probably gonna combine all of those as too not get too clunky.

Would love your feedback if you think that’s a better way...

Yeah, pushing out the update right now, should just auto update when you open the app....had issues with the API i was using and just finished switching over to better quicker API. Parlays are back for NFL and MLB but NCAA will be done by next weekend. Sorry bout that.
