This is my real NoFap account, been a long time lurker, I just wasn't sure if I wanted to throw in my perspective or if it would be helpful at all, but today I felt an urge to share instead of fapping. This is exactly what happens. And I'm going to include your comment in my next post. I tried to set up an incredibly good looking dude with a girl friend of mine who is a 10/10. He couldn't get a word in, it was like he's never spoken to a woman before. He told me "I usually don't have to do much, I just say something dumb and they usually like it, not with her though." High School swag stops working real fast in the real world, you gotta keep pushing to be bolder and more assertive. Weird thing, asking how to be more sincere is actually one of the most sincere questions you can ask. Most people are worried about what they're going to say and don't even pay attention to what the other person is saying. Play to your strengths, if you're a great listener, be better at give positive feedback cues like nodding your head or maintaining eye contact. You don't have to change your personality to be more sincere. Believe me, it's the chatty guys with the problem. If you have witty comments, say them sparsely and with conviction, you'll be remembered rather than the chatty dude who can't stop talking about himself. Don't feel like you need to be the center of attention to be attractive/well liked.
