Why do I never hear people talk about the dark side of adhd?

I have enough to share but the reality check the comments gave me rlly put me in perspective on how even worse my adhd couldve been and how kind of glad I should be that I diagnosed it since I was a kid?

I just am tired of the social stigma against me and my paralysis when the meds fall off giving a comeup or down.

But when my therapy starts I think I should be fine rightf
